The extra virgin olive oil Lake Garda P.D.O. represents the highest guarantee in terms of quality and origin of the oil.

The more extended DOP Garda has a sub-area nominated “oriental” which corrisponds to the eastern side of the province of Verona. This extra virgin olive oil has to be obtained from olives of the Casaliva or Drizzar variety by at least 50%.

Medium Fruity admirably balanced on bitter and spicy components,
